Cats and Dogs Pack wont install

I was playing around with sims earlier yesterday when my Cats and Dog pack wasnt installed. Even though i had it the night before this happened and it was working just fine. I go back into EA to install it and every time i try it constantly says Unknown Error Occurred. I've cleared my cache, Uninstalled every pack i had and tried to reinstall, Restarted my computer, Taken out mods, Repaired my game and even repaired EA. Nothing worked, please help i just wanna play sims. ☹️
