Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure if it is easily re-creatable on your end, unless experiencing the same bug. Occurs on loading of start menu.
What happens when the bug occurs? Certain packs that I own are showing as un-owned or are saying that I need to download The Sims 4 and the latest update to install the pack.
What do you expect to see? That the game recognises all the packs I own and allows me to load my save files correctly with the right content (no missing pack content due to the game thinking I don't own that pack).
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
I have recently updated The Sims 4 with the latest update (28/05/24) and updated the EA app, when it told me to. All owned packs are currently installed. CC/Mods are currently disabled, the same issue occurs when mods are enabled and disabled. I closed and opened The Sims 4 and EA app several times to see if it would help, but no change.
