Challenge Panel (that gives aspiration points) disappeared

My  challenge panel disappeared and when I tried checking the "Hide Challenge UI" In "Gameplay" in "Game Options" (Settings) but it wouldnt even aloow me to do so and it didnt appear greyed out it looked normal but won't let me click in it and I can't see my challenges so therefore i dont know what challenges I have. They're not even hidden, they just dont apppear at all the only thing that appears is the aspiration points when I complete any challenge (not on purpose because I don't even know what are the challenges). I need help because I can't see the challenges and I can't make them reappear since it doesnt let me check the box nor uncheck the box.

I have mods (personalised content) on game but I don't think I have any scripting mods that could have made my game crash. I tried repairing my game in the EA App but it didnt help either - the challenge panel still doesn't appear.

I really need help... :(

Fr0ggyC4tt  I can't click it either, but I don't have a challenge active in my current save.  However, I'm not sure we're talking about the same thing, and the wording in the game isn't completely clear either.  Do you mean an event with goals, like a party or date?  Or do you mean the sim's aspiration, which gives steps that grant satisfaction points?  It's also possible that this option is tied to the new-ish live events that come around every so often.

If you're saying the aspiration panel won't open when you click it, is this true for one sim, one household, every sim in this save, or sims in a new save too?  If the entire save is affected, and of course if a new one is too, please test with your Mods folder removed.  You don't need to save your progress.

If only the sim or household is affected, try playing with a different household for a bit, then save/quit/reload and see whether the problem is still present with your main sim(s).
