claiming gift not working

I dont know if this goes here but  i am trying  to claim  a free gift thats shows up on moola since the new update  nut when i click on download it does nothing i tried reseting my sims  repairing it restarting my laptop but nothing is helping  does anyone know what to do in this matter

    kaibear0203​  Are you sure the content isn't already in your game?  You can also check under My Collection—it's possible the pack is available to download there, or is already installed and deactivated.

    How do i check to see if its in my game already and where do i find my collection sorry im not good at finding stuff on the sims
