Constant lag in build mode

LoneFox113 Which lot is this, and does it happen on other lots too? Please test and let me know.
Please also provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
Here is the attachment file from doing the dxdiag, also I noticed my drivers and a few other things were outdated so I updated them. I'll report back if the issues continues
