my game will not save,the save is not highlighted, says game is loading.like when someone on your lot dies and you can't click save or build,buy mode

If OneDrive is not in the file path you see in-game, let me know what antivirus you use.
Not sure what you mean, it’s not just the save button it’s also travel etc. when going over it it’s shaded dark and says “game loading in progress”
So I’ve looked and one drive is there but not sure what to do next
