Constantly crashing and flashing

I was saving my game slot (as usual) but when I got on later it decided to flash and crash. I have tried removing saves folder.. also removing the mods folder to see if that was the issue… no it wasn...

    JuicyPeachx3​  What does it say when it fails to launch?  If you're getting an error message now, please post a screenshot.

    And to be clear, you did try DirectX 9 mode?

I'm a vanilla player on my PC Desktop & my game frequently after I update a build.  Also, in loading game when I want to go to another lot to update or even my sim to visit.  This so needs to be permanently fixed.
