I have bought one DLC of Sims 4 on Steam and all my 9 DLCs on EA become unavailable. System says "installed" but when I try to play - ask to install. And no button for installation. How to get back my packs? (don't suggest "restore article").
I am all so having the same problem as you are, but i am not getting no where with this problem.

particularly the "I have a Steam install" section. Anchors don't work on this site at the moment, but you can use ctrl-F to search for keywords in order to navigate.
