crashing and infinite load screens, I got it all!

my main/favourite save won't load.  it was the only save I had in my game for over a year, the only one I played. Me and this save survived the update last week (even with the 7k mods I have). Every...

tisziny​  Please open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and delete any lastexception files you see.  Try again to load your save, and when you get an infinite loading screen, look for a new LE.  If you find one, open it and delete the first line of text, then attach it to a reply here using the paper clip (Attachment) icon.  Deleting the first line of text is necessary to allow the upload.
