Crashing in CAS

I'm trying to create a new save on the Sims 4, and whenever I start creating a sim, the game crashes after a few minutes in the CAS menu. I've already uninstalled all mods I had previously, sims 4 it...

    DamjeI  This error isn't useful on its own, unfortunately: it just says Sims 4 crashed because it crashed, because it did something that wasn't allowed.  Was this the only type of error you saw?  I don't mean only that TS4_x64.exe was the faulting application but that the faulting module and exception code were the same as well.  I'm particularly wondering whether you see any python37_x64.dll errors, which are indicative of a particular problem with overclocked high-end Intel processors.

    Please also look for a BIOS update for your motherboard, and install it if you find one.  I believe your current BIOS is somewhat old based on the version number, although I can't check for newer ones without knowing what board you have, and the dxdiag doesn't list the model.  If you don't know, you can look at the board itself, then google "[model] drivers" and check the Asus download page you find.  Your current BIOS version is 0402, and like I said, that's probably outdated by now.
