On a daily when I try to move household, travel etc. the game spins forever while loading along with crashing every single time. I have cleared cache, uninstalled the game and recovery option for the within EA Sports App. Any update or suggestions would be greatly appreciated can't enjoy the game before it crashes each time.
Jazzie0687 Please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
Please also let me know whether this happens in a new save, with no mods or custom content present; and whether the sims in your main household are fairies.
