still Not fixed!!
The sims 4 needs to be installed but as you can see it's showing as not owned!!
EA was paid for the book nook kit and I am showing as not owned I attached proof of purchase and proof of the kit showing as needing to be purchased again.
It will take hours to install the sims 4 I'm not waiting untill it's installed to post this. Really unhappy with this and as a paying customer it is well within my right to be upset about this because it keeps happening. This is the third time it has happened, first with growing together, next the garden kit, now the book nook kit. The EA app is not working when this happens 3 times, give us back origin!!
It still has 4 hours of download to go but it's now showing as in my library.
I had the exact same issue with Book Nook. Contacted EA support, did the error reporting via the app, and the only response I received was a survey asking if I was happy with their help. Um... lol I got impatient and found the solution using google search. It was complex and took time, and although I'm glad I can finally access my purchase, it's ridiculous that I had to go to such lengths to do so!
