I'm having this problem. I bought the Highschool Years dlc and I have all the receipts, it's paid for and taken out of my account but I can still purchase it so I can't download it. If I go into game it says I have it but it needs to be downloaded but EA app wants me to still buy it. I've done all the suggestions, cleared the app cache, repaired my game, uninstalled ea app, reinstalled it. I uninstalled and reinstalled my game, changed where I installed it. I even tried installing on a separate pc that's never had it before and it's still showing that I didn't purchase it yet it's on my account history as purchased.

I can't do any of any thing on my computer because a game I bought on steam yesterday fried my video card. I had to buy a cheap laptop to do my bills for this month. I'm so out of luck for my computer breaking and just want to cry. I don't know how to recover any thing on my computer. I have to buy a new one it took till this time to be able to type online. I don't know when I'll be able to download the sims onto a new computer, cuz I have to buy it first.
Clearing the cache worked! Thanks!
Two of the packs I paid for showed up but one is still not available for download! I don´t know what to do.. Also where do I find the report ID?

@EA_Cade I have done the EA app cache clean and here is the order history from my account in the pic attached. Also attached is a pic of what I see in the manage add ons section.

Hi - I'm having the exact same issue as other users in this thread with the Book Nook Kit. I've had confirmation of my purchase and the game thinks I have the content, but it isn't showing in-game and the EA App only gives me the option to purchase. I've tried everything suggested, including clearing the EA app cache. I followed the steps with the EA Error Reporter and opened a case with EA Help but I'm really going round in circles.
