Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? i’m not sure. try downloading it to your computer i guess.
What happens when the bug occurs? Every since i downloaded the sims 4 realm of magic it has question marks and black spots all over the game. it on the sims and on some objects in the game. some sims even turn completely invisible or red and white. on the sims it only happens when the sims are smaller in size. but when there bigger there fine.
What do you expect to see? he would look red, black, and white if he is a new sim but if he is a pre existing sim he would be normal. it only happens to new objects and sims.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Could you try repairing your game through Origin.
