I recently updated my game and downloaded a new EP. so when I went into the CAS it doesn’t show the sims at all.  I restarted my computer, the game but it hasn’t fixed the issue.

Move out your Mods folder then try again. Your CAS Mod is probably the cause.

      Move out the whole Sims 4 folder then try. Which macOS are you running?
