Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? whenever I go to create a sim nothing shows up, its just a star, night sky-like background. also whenever I go into build and buy I can click on an item to place down for example astrolabe mirror from the vintage glamour stuff pack, I can place it down but it just doesn't load.
What happens when the bug occurs? my game is always glitching and its annoying because ive had the game over 2 years and its only just started happening, ive spent so much of my own money on it!!
What do you expect to see? I expect to see my sim and be able to choose their clothes and design them the way I want. I should be able to furnish my house without items disappearing
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

Please try repairing your game through Origin. That should solve the issue
