Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Selecting move new house hold in, then takes you to create a sim.
What happens when the bug occurs? The create a sim screen loads, and a night sky appears. Everything such as the options to change: name, gender, walking style, age, voice, etc. will still appear. However, you do not have the option to change the body, clothing, etc. A sim does not show at all. Just the night sky.
What do you expect to see? Usually: The create a sim screen loads with a normal background. I can see my sim and continue to edit it.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
