Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I click on a dresser, then I click on "plan outfits"
What happens when the bug occurs? All three of my sims are invisible in the "plan outfits" mode. Not anywhere else. I can not see the bar with the clothes either.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see my sims entire body and the options for clothes, make-up, hair etc for different occasions.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

@algiraff This looks very much like a mod-related issue, specifically bad custom content. You stated that you've removed all your mods, which you clearly didn't (as seen in your screenshots by the custom CAS background). I would suggest that you actually remove and empty your mods folder, then go to your Sims documents and delete the localthumbscache.package file. This should solve your issue.
I would also advise you NOT to add any more CC into your game that hasn't been specifically updated to run with your current version of the game as there's plenty of old/broken content out there!
