For the past few days, my game hasn't loaded and this is the above error I'm seeing! I've tried everything and still nothing is changing! I can't believe ea is making me turn into some tech guru trying to figure out the problem with their own game! All the happened after their forced update I wanted nothing to do with! Do something!!!

chinnyi honestly_rae_ the_oreo_cosplay Stfanigennova2 As a test, please try playing in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop. When you launch the game, if it launches, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you've moved but temporarily unread by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see how it runs.
If you still can't play, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

Alright, I did what you said, and the game is now running. However, my saves are not loaded; what is the next step?

Is there not a contact for EA? I mean some of us are not tech support and we should not have to do all this extra work just to play Sims. I have seen alot of people do everything and it still is not working. When does EA step up and fix their issues? I was ready to buy an expansion pack but I don't think I will spend anymore money on Sims if EA can't step up and do something
