Last month I had to get a new laptop, I went to open my game on the new one and it keeps failing to launch. This has been happening for over twenty for hours and EA just send the alert to try later. I have done all the things, uninstalling, restarting, new folders, repairing, clearing data and EVERYTHING. Nothing I do works. I have spent so much money on the game, and I do not know how to fix it. HELPPPP
I'm having the same issue today and getting the same error message. Yesterday, the game ran fine. Today, I can't even get to the main menu. I took out my Mods folder & it still will not load Sims 4. Sims 2 just loaded up fine, so it seems like S4 is having some type of issue.
