CAS and Build-Mode Issues after 18/09/25 Update

Loaded a new game, created a character through story mode. Assigned traits but they were invisible and not clickable.

In build mode I downloaded a lot from the gallery (no cc). Clicked on an item to delete it, pressed 'sell' and the item remained selected.

Also in build mode attempt to place wallpaper, shows on the wall but when I click it doesn't stay on the wall, it disappears when I click elsewhere.

None of my mods or cc are currently installed.
