- Does the game launch at all?
No it doesn't. My screen goes white, black, white, and then it crashes. Then I get an error message that reads "Failed to launch game. An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later." - Does the game load, but buildings, lots, worlds, or Sims are missing?
No it doesn't. I can't even get to the main menu screen. - Is this happening to every save, or one specific save?
I can't open any of my saves because the game won't stay open that long before it crashes. - Do you use mods?
Yes I uses mods. I have removed them from my mods folder to see if that would fix the issue. It didn't. - Does the issue persist after repair?
Yes it does. I have repaired the game multiple times. - Does the issue persist?
Yes, it has been a problem for weeks. I try opening it everyday. I can NEVER get to the main menu. - Does the issue persist after all mods are removed?
Yes. I removed the mods. - Have you tried repairing your game while mods are removed?
Yes, I have tried repairing the game everyday with mods removed. - Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling the game?
Yes, MULTIPLE TIMES. I've even tried moving the folder to a different drive location and that doesn't work. I've cleared the cache didn't help, did EA app recovery didn't help, restarted the EA app didn't help, uninstalled the EA app and then reinstall didn't help, I've force closed it with task manager didn't help, I've restarted my pc didn't help, I made sure all my drivers were updated, which they are so that didn't help. I feel like I've tried everything to fix it.
