So.....I wanna to know is it EA staffs seen this post yet? We have been waiting such a long time. I haven't see they fix this and show it on web official. I know this post is not EA workers management just some helpful volunteer, but it a lot of time, isn't ? Are they gonna try to ignore our issue just waiting the problem will disappear somehow?

The problem is that the "Failed to launch game
An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later." is a generic error massage that EA app trows whenever it encounters a problem launching a game.
There is no single solution that will solve all the problems, hence the many troubleshooting steps in puzzlezaddict OP.

oh yes. I know puzzlezaddict give us so much solutions. And I already tried all those ways for months. It doesn't work. And I keep to post this familiar feedback for months too. Thank you for your kindly respond, unfortunately it not work for me. I also wonder EA App show some error before Aug, it will exactly show the error code to us, let we know what happen to the game. After Aug 2025, it just show the "Normal error message" to us. I can not read this "normal error message " what problem it is. This is very upset to me to keep respond the same message to this. I don't even know what problem it is. IF EA STAFFS WOULD LOOK DEEP TO THIS, THEY SHOULD KNOW BETTER HOW TO DO THE BEST TO THEIR LOYAL CONSUMERS.
