every time I open Sims 4 it will open and load, but it doesn't take me to where I can play a household or create a new one, it just crashes and closes the Sims 4 then says "failed to launch game - an error occurred on our end cause the game to fail. try again a little later." i've tried every solution on youtube, deleted my mods, cleared my cache, deleted the EA app and Sims 4, and i've made a new account but it still says it.
Although you have tried doing many things to try to help with the issue, there may be things suggested in this thread that may help.
