RavenWyn To be clear, you tried the clean boot as well, and you didn't open any other apps while testing? I ask because the Sims 4 errors in your dxdiag are often related to conflicting software. If you did try a clean boot, please do it again but also disable the EA App in-game overlay and everything else within the App's settings (mostly notifications).
Please also let me know whether the game starts and then crashes, or never starts at all.
When i did the clean boot, i had steam and ea open to be able to open the game. My sims 4 will open, it will say sims 4 i hear music and it crashes to the failed to load game error. this has been what happens every single time. I'm curious what your seeing the dxdiag to see that.
