Shimmerwing Do you have a Steam Deck? I ask because there's an issue specific to that device and OS that seems to be an incompatibility with the EA App. But aside from that, this is NOT an EA-side issue and should be solvable on the user side.
Please try the clean folder described in the first post of this thread, if you haven't already. If that doesn't help, nor does any other suggestion in that post, please provide a dxdiag, as described there.
