So i think its because I was trying to remove G-shade off of my computer and might've deleted a wrong file. I tried -dx19 or whatever its called and i repaired twice and it doesnt work. Pls help :(

It is likely you are missing specific files, downloading and installing the following should help:

DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer
