buketk81​  I've merged your posts with the master thread for this error.  Thanks for the dxdiag, which shows you're running an N version of Windows, and that's the issue: it doesn't have all the resources that standard versions do.  The fix is to install the Media Feature Pack, linked in the first post of this thread.
