All4mycincojays​  I've merged your posts with the master thread for this error.  If you're running an N version of Windows, that's the issue, and you'll need to install the Media Feature Pack; please see the first post for more information.

I can't tell what version of Windows you're running because your dxdiag is missing some info, but I can see that your graphics driver is crashing.  So if you're not running an N version, please do a clean uninstall and reinstall of the driver, as described here:

This is the newest driver for your GPU:
