I am so aggravated,yesterday randomly EA launcher started and then it would crash. I could tell that the sims was running in the background, once it got to 1000mb it would all crash out and the launcher reappeared like nothing happening. I tried to contact support been talking to them since yesterday about this non stop,
one tech gave me a bunch of steps to do and i went to try and get in and now i have a whole different issue and noone can seem to help
they referred me to come here, This has to get fix or i want all my games refund. Here are the screenshots, reminder, this is the problem that started after I did all the steps to fix the original issue, this is the issue that was caused by that. I can tell you for a fact nothing was running in the background so I have no idea why this is happening now PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD SOMEONE HELP. tomorrow i am going to reinstall all the games and see if that works. I will update this with that result
