beyza912 Is your Documents directory still inside OneDrive? To check, search in Windows for Command Prompt, open it, and enter this command:
reg query "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders" /v "Personal"
This will return the location of the Documents directory. (Your computer will have several Documents folders, but only one is the directory, and this is what Sims 4 uses as well.) The result should be C:\Users\your username\Documents. If it's anything else, let me know.
The unrecognized video card error is not an issue itself, and it wouldn't prevent you from clicking anything or cause a white screen. For those, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
When I entered the command prompt, this was all that came up.And I've attached the other document as well.And there are no CC or mods in Sims 4.
