Sims4 unplayable. Was told there was a new update and once it was finished the game cannot be played. I've never used mods and have all of the expansions, game packs, kit packs, and stuff packs available except the For Rent. I have repaired files, uninstalled game, installed game with all purchased content, repaired 3 times, uninstalled, reinstalled again but with only base game.
Nothing is working and I keep getting the below attached error. Also listed is my current setup
