Hello,
I tried to play the Sims 4 game again on Sunday. It worked up until I loaded in CC and gave me that message. I deleted the CC permanently and disabled onedrive. I've made three new EA/Steam accounts, and even just made one new EA account with new connections. I've made a new Admin account. I've uninstalled virus protectors and I'm honestly at my wits end- I've done everything the forums/EA/Steam said and it won't work. Does anyone have any advice? I'm willing to do just about anything. Thank you.
