Ive already tries everything I found in the forum Answers HQ. Today I accessed my laptop and I no longer see my EA App and Sims 4 Icon on my Desktop. What d I need to do next? Can I try to go thrugh EA app and try to reinstall my Sims 4 game?
I accessed the EA App launcher and reinstalled the app. I was going to unistall the game and re-install but don't have an option to reinstall if I uninstall the game. How can install my Sims 4 game again? BTW, I received the same Unable to start the Sims 4 message that i sent to you earlier.
@charsem If you uninstall Sims 4, you should be able to reinstall it again afterwards. Are you not seeing that option? If not, please post a screenshot or two of what you do see.
