Tried opening the sims 4 up today and I was met with this error
Unable to start:
Cannot start because game data is missing or damaged. If you have Mods installed please remove them and try again. If not, please repair or reinstall the game via Origin.

I played the sims 4 yesterday and everything was all good now when I tried to open it today this popped up. I tried renaming my sims 4 folder to "the sims 4 old" but when I went to launch the game it just created a brand new sims 4 folder so then I tried to add my mods and tray folder into the new sims 4 folder the game would launch but stay stuck on the loading screen. If anyone knows how to fix this it would be greatly appreciated.

You posted on the German side of the forum, so I am moving your thread over to the English-speaking Sims forums. Please always check the language of the board you're on before posting.
The error code you're getting means you have one or more corrupted Mods in your game. Remove your Mods folder from your Documents folder on your PC and delete the file named "localthumbcache.package" which you find in your Documents folder.
Then launch the game again and if it works, at least one of your Mods is causing the issues. You can add them again with the 50:50 Method to find the culprit. You can see steps on how to do this here:
