[CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 Unable to Start, Game Data Missing or Damaged

I was originally excited to get another add on for the sims 4 and have never had any problems with getting add ons. I got the new fairy add on and it wouldn't let me open my game anymore for the past few days. I found another random forum when I was looking for solutions and other people had problems with this add on, but today it said it was fixed. I tried to play and lucky me it still didn't work. I still get this image every time I try to. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game many times, repaired everything, tried removing the fairy add on and playing but it still didn't work and I'm assuming that's because there's still in game content I can't remove because it says the in game stuff is still there on the EA app when I press manage. I tried deleting my old sims file and making a new one and then deleting the file that appeared for the fairy add on when downloading and it still didn't work. I also have cc if that's good to know with problems with solutions. I've also tried removing EA from the task manager because my friend showed me a video where it worked for someone and it still didn't for me. I just want to play the game and please give me specific instructions if you know how to fix it.
