Hello,
I've been trying to access my Sims 4 Game for almost 2 months. Every time I try, I get a popup window that is shown in the attachment. With the amount of money I have given to this game alone, I am obviously particularly upset about this. I don't run any mods and I have repaired 10+ times, reinstalled 10+ times and also completely reinstalled and switched the drive it was on multiple times, from C to D. Nothing will help this game open. I have also moved the drives the launcher was on to see if it would help. I've tried accessing the help chat too, but that AI set up is beyond completely useless. Spent more time running in circles with that AI than anything else lately. Makes it impossible to actually talk to someone. Something you'd also think wouldn't be an issue with how much this company makes. I'm sure EA makes more than enough to have a phone help line with actual people as employees, or a chat option with actual technical support HUMANS.
