hello, im about to launch TS4 but when i start the game says error, unable to start

what should i do? does reinstall the game would help?

treqabee  In the EA App, it's Sims 4 > Manage > Repair.  In Steam, it's Sims 4 > Properties > Installed Files > Verify integrity of the game files.
