Cursor jumping to corners of screen

I just got a new PC yesterday (it's the same PC and software as my previous one just a new version). I downloaded the AE app and reinstalled the game with all the add-ons and had no issues while play...

I had this issue with my Lenovo touchscreen laptop, after a lot of research and troubleshooting I found something that worked. I disabled HID compliant Pen. 

Device Manager >Human Interface Device>HID compliant pen

I don't even have a pen for my touchscreen but turning this off made my mouse stop jumping around erratically. Good luck!

    Thank you SOOOOOO so much. This worked! I had the same issue with my brand new Lenovo touchscreen laptop.

    The only other issue is that it makes so much noise when I turn on the game but I guess it’s to prevent it from overheating.

    I’m currently updating sims and followed your instructions and am SO looking forward to hopefully playing again. I thought it was over between me and sims 4 💛 thank you for the advice
