Custom Content not showing up in The Sims 4

So, i just reinstalled the sims 4 today on a new computer due to my old one being broken, and i also installed the expansion packs i bought with it. (Get famous, Cats and Dogs, City Living, and Vampires). I loaded the game before adding any cc, and it seemed to be fine. I exited the sims and got some cc. I put them in the mods folder, (Documents, Electronic Arts, The Sims 4, Mods) and i loaded the game back up. All of the cc was there and i made a household. I decided i wanted more cc so i got more and did the same. But now, the new cc isn't showing up in game. Only the ones i got from the first cc shopping i did. (I have read a lot of the forums and it seems like i cant find anyone else with this problem. I've tried disabling and re-enabling custom content in the main menu [ yes i did restart the game in between doing so ] and it didn't work. I tried deleting the .cfg and it still didn't work. I even tried turning on script mods. [ i do have a lot of cc atm from shopping because i was excited. ] ) Can someone please help me???

Hey, My CC isn’t showing up in my game.  I have already enabled script mods, and the game recognizes I have mods when I start up the game.  I have unzipped them all in .package format, and I have them in my Mods folder. If anyone knows how to fix the problem that would be great :-)  I’ve provided a photo of my files just in case it helps out :-(
