Deleted Hospital

Hello everyone! I need help!

I accidentally deleted the hospital..and also saved the game...so there is no hospital anymore :P

Now i want to join my sims to work in the hospital, but when i click on join it appears only the loading screen and nothing else happens. I guess its because the building does no longer exists. I also tried to give birth at the hospital but same issue..again the loading screen....

Is there a possibility to access the hidden hospital so i can rebuild it? Or is it possible to place it somewhere else? 

I also tried to place a downloaded hospital lot. But the Lot Trait as a "hospital" is not available. 

Plaseee help!! I cant start a new game..i build so much!
