Digital exclusive items from Bikini Bottom Bundle missing from Steam

Same thing is happening for me also.

Hey, i just bought the spongebob bundle and i didn't recieve the guitar, the aquarium or the jungle gym which were supposed to be included. I understand the kits/bundle were literally just release but i would appreciate if you could tend to this issue as soon as possible. (I am a huge spongebob fan and would love to own the gg guitar in particular, especially since i paid for it...)

I bought the bundle on steam. When I go into the game, the three bonus items, The Flying Dutchman’s Jungle Gym, Goofy Goober Guitar, and the Conch Street Aquarium, don't show up. I went through all of the tabs. The objects by room tab, with the outdoor activties and kids' activities buttons are still gold but no starred objects appear when I click on them. Same thing with the object by function, activities and skills, kids, applieaces, and off the grid buttons. I tried repairing the game, uninstalling it and reinstalling it, and cheats. Nothing worked. 

Heya JustPastCrazy​ If you follow these steps to reclaim the bundle in Steam, are you seeing an option to download your bonus items? 

I am having the same issue. 

I purchased the SpongeBob´s House and SpongeBob Kid´s Room kit on November 4th via Steam, and after uninstalling and reinstalling the game, the free pre-order items disappeared.

Reinstall the game one more time completely. If that doesn't help, contact support with your proof of purchase.
