DisplayName field missing from registry

I keep getting a pop up when I go to launch the sims 4 game. It asks me to login, which I do, then I go to click play again. Then it pops up again, I have restarted the app, I have logged out of the ...

I had this issue for the first time today. I didn’t fill in anything, instead just clicking the X to get rid of it. Then I launched it again from the EA app and it was fine. Don’t know what was the issue with the pop up but my goto is to not trust something weird like that.
