DLC disappear
As mentioned, all the DLCs I purchased previously are missing. And I found any can solve this problem on the internet, but couldn't help.

Synia_Ch Are you saying that the packs in your screenshot are missing, or that your order history should list more packs? And which packs are missing?
Please also make sure you've signed into the correct account. Accidentally using a secondary account is a common issue these days, as demonstrated by this very long master thread:
