dlc dissapered

Havent played sims in a while however I redownloaded it and my dlc for crystal creations is missing. Im super confused because I checked on my paypal and in my order hstory and it says completed but ...

Hey @jords096 , looks like you're using the right account since the pack is showing in your order history. Firstly, try clearing the EA app cache by clicking the three dashes in the far-left corner of the EA app > Help > App recovery > Clear cache.
