DLC not appearing - sims 4 laundy day
Hi there,
I purchased 2 dlc content items for the sims 4
Both of the codes were found redeemed without issues. However only one of the items appears as an add on and available for download.
The one that's missing, laundry day, still appears in the EA app store as available to purchase. However re-entering the code says the code has been used. When loading the game it says the add on has been purchased but still needs downloading from the app.
I've restarted the app and the pc. I've done a cache reset in the ea app. I've done a repair game.
