DLC Purchase error
Hi ya'll so I purchased Life and death on the EA App but for some reason whenever I try to play it it says that I don't have it. It appears as I never purchased it and the games says I need to buy it...

Amaru3016 It looks like you have at least two copies of Sims 4 installed on your computer, one on D and one on E. Is there a reason for this? If not, I'd suggest uninstalling one copy and trying only with the other.
Whichever copy you keep, try deleting the EP17 folder and reinstalling the pack. The folders you want to delete are directly inside "The Sims 4," in these two locations:
D:\RON Vortex Mods\Sims\The Sims 4
E:\Vortex Mods\Sims\The Sims 4
When deleting the folder, make sure the EA App is closed and the EABackgroundService is NOT running in the Task Manager, under background processes. Clear the EA App's cache before reinstalling the pack:
