DX11 not being automatically enabled
Hi everyone, I have a gaming laptop which has an Nvidia graphics card for gaming alongside an Intel card for general light work, (hybrid).
DX11 isn't being enabled automatically. I know The Sims team stated that for Intel chips DX11 won't yet be enabled automatically, but is this also the case for laptops with both chips which automatically uses the Nvidia card when launching The Sims 4?

You are not alone. I have the same issue. It is mentioned by several simmers in the DX11 feedback thread. The link below shows a solution that seems to work for a lot of people who have this issue.

Sidenote : while this solution enables DX11 as a default, I had to undo that change because DX11 won't let me alt+tab to switch to my browser.
