EA app issues
Hi!
After the newest The Sims 4 update the I wasn't able to play for some reason, so I was thinking that maybe re-installing the app would do it for me, but I have no idea what happened.
The app appears to be gone, but it's still in the list of my apps on my computer. And I can't uninstall it! And I can't install it either, says that I already have the app, which I don't.
I have contacted Lenovo and asked for help, but they thought it was an EA issue.
Currently, The Sims is a huge lifeline for me, as my life is total and utter **bleep** right now. Would be so greatful for any help. Thank you in advance!

Hauntedshoe Please download Revo Uninstaller (the free version is fine) and see whether it can find the EA App. If not, run the App installer, choose the Repair option, restart your computer, and try Revo again.
The point is that Revo can clean out some hidden files that might be a problem, but only if it can see the App present in the first place.
