    Hauntedshoe​  Please download Revo Uninstaller (the free version is fine) and see whether it can find the EA App.  If not, run the App installer, choose the Repair option, restart your computer, and try Revo again.

    The point is that Revo can clean out some hidden files that might be a problem, but only if it can see the App present in the first place.
